Where are the organizing services performed?
Work is performed at a Tidy Albums location in North Vancouver. Other accomodations can be discussed but may be subject to a higher rate and additional fees.
Do I deliver my photos or will they be picked up?
They will be picked up from you and transferred over to the Tidy Albums location in North Vancouver.
How does the project billing work?
The project will be charged hourly alongside material costs, add-ons, and applicable taxes. Scanning and home video digitization are charged per item. A deposit may be required to begin work.
How long will it take to receive the final product?
It’s difficult to say as it depends on many factors including but not limited to the volume and condition of photos, desired deliverables, and your photo collections current level of organization.
Will I receive all my photos back at the end of the project?
Yes, they will be delivered back to you. You must provide written permission if you wish to have anything discarded on your behalf plus pay a disposal fee.
Do you offer any other related services not listed?
Perhaps. Although Tidy Albums can’t offer every service, please make an inquiry and we’ll find a solution for you.
